As an interactive designer I specialize in Flash animation and programming, and continue to expand my front end development skills for compatability with mobile. I built the creative for these banner ads and trafficked them in the MediaMind platform. Using the Eyeblaster workshop for flash, the Ads metrics were tracked across various publishers for a successful campaign.

I redesigned and redeveloped a Flash website for Owens Morris Communications, a club promotions and graphic design firm in the loop. The contract included innovating projects in After Effects and short animations for clients throughout Chicago and NYC.

At TrialGraphix, a company part of the larger Kroll software corporation, I was involved with Flash and Actionscript daily in crafting graphics and interactive presentations for corporate law firms. Designing still and animated graphics, coordinating with art directors, 3D artists, and balancing multiple deadlines through Kroll's custom developed content management software consisted of daily workflow. In addition, programming Actionscript and interface design were heavily visited throughout the various projects. Delivery turn around times tended to be fast, usually two or three days to design and program self-contained Flash applications. As these projects were not intended for the web, they were more graphically rich and included coordination with After Effects and 3D.

Vokal is a small and talented team creating iPhone Apps for clients including Charter Digital Cable, art galleries, and larger software development companies. Slicing assets in Illustrator and creating vector graphics for use in Objective C programming, coordinating in Basecamp, and screen designs encompassed the first projects. Later I designed and programmed a jQuery suite of marketing sites intended for use in business presentations for potential clients as showcased in the above links. The iPhone screen designs for this project were meant to be a generic representation of possible apps, incorporating examples of the table view and functionality that iOS can bring in a marketing sense for various businesses Vokal continues to reach out to. I started designing iPhone App and Blackberry themes for Viral Mesh in the fall of 2008. Illustrating icons and developing user interfaces and creating layered Photoshop documents for programmers to implement into functioning applications encompassed the first projects. Later I began to take on Flash and CSS roles and logo design for an upstart company mHealth Coach, which Viral Mesh created to market mobile applications for disabled children. The Apps became available in the Apple App Store and Google Android Store in Spring of 2009.

Design and programming role working with an identity designer to create web sites from illustrator concepts. The work was a cross between HTML/CSS with Javascript with Flash rich media elements incorporated in the form of animations and galleries. Among production projects, I built fully functional artist portfolio sites and a cataloguing interface for The Field Museum.
